Assessments
A comprehensive couple or family assessment provides a structured process to explore relational dynamics and the emotional wellbeing of the individuals and their relationships. The assessment will give a safe setting for couples and family members to reflect on themselves and the patterns present in their families. We believe that assessments can bring about new insights, which results in positive changes and novel goals for families. Many times behaviors naturally change when individuals better understand the relational dynamics and intentions present in their families. Research has shown that when a comprehensive assessment is approached as an intervention, it can be as effective as 6 to 9 months of therapy for some clients!

Couple Assessment
​Two to three hour evaluation with the couple to evaluate their social, emotional, and relational functioning. Each person completes individual measures to gain an understanding of their strengths and challenges in connection to their partner and parenting roles. After the assessment, a comprehensive feedback session is provided to review the evaluation results as well as recommendations to strengthen communication, resilience, and connection.

Family Assessment
Three to four hour in-depth assessment to evaluate the social, emotional and relational functioning of the family. Each family member completes individual measures to gain an understanding of their strengths and challenges in connection to the family system. After the assessment, a comprehensive feedback session is provided to review the evaluation results as well as recommendations to strengthen communication, resilience, and connection in the family.
